HELP! I was charged twice!

If you use PayPal, we cannot charge you! All subscriptions and payments are managed by you, the client. Keep in mind that each time you make a payment on or before your due date, a new PayPal subscription is setup. If you have a subscription and you pay your invoice, you will actually be making two payments. If you make an additional payment, the money will be credited to your account with us. Please be sure you do not create multiple subscriptions by making a PayPal payment each month without cancelling the previous subscription(s).

If you absolutely feel that this is incorrect or you wish to be refunded for your over payment, please submit a support ticket with the transaction ID(s) that you wish to be refunded. Please note that we will refund a maximum of two months of over payments due to a limit from PayPal.
