HELP! I was charged twice!

If you use PayPal, we cannot charge you!� All subscriptions and payments are managed by you, the client.� Keep in mind that each time you make a payment on or before your due date, a new PayPal subscription is setup.� If you have a subscription and you pay your invoice, you will actually be making two payments.� If you make an additional payment, the money will be credited to your account with us.� Please be sure you do not create multiple subscriptions by making a PayPal payment each month without cancelling the previous subscription(s).

If you absolutely feel that this is incorrect or you wish to be refunded for your over payment, please submit a support ticket with the transaction ID(s) that you wish to be refunded.� Please note that we will refund a maximum of two months of over payments due to a limit from PayPal.
